Snowy Owl Quilt

Barb made this quilt as a gift for her grandson. It's got a panel in the middle featuring a majestic snowy eagle, which I stitched around, and gave definition to the scene by quilting around the trees and log cabin. The quilt also featured a 3-D effect, with the fabric being folded up and shaped into rounded seams. Such a neat piece!
